Anna's House has 90-95% of its original 1915 features, including fantastic woodwork, flooring, light fixtures, central vacuum, wrought-iron registers, sinks, faucets, and even antique toilets and tubs. There are 101 windows and 40+ interior doors in this 5,000+ sq ft home, including a large sleeping porch and sunroom. It also features an elevator that goes from the basement all the way to the cotillion room on the fourth level.

My goals for Anna's House are primarily to save a piece of history and bring it back to life with a full historical restoration. The biggest and most pressing tasks will be stabilizing and repairing the foundation, fixing roof leaks, and adding guttering.

I LOVE this house; I can not wait to share it with my community and with others! I am anticipating that this project will cost upwards of $500,000 and take several years to complete. In February of 2024, Anna's House was chosen to receive of a Heritage Trust Fund Grant worth $100,000. I will also be taking advantage of tax credits for historical preservation.
